Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• If you ordered the wrong size or product, you may request an exchange within the return window.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
